For studios, shops and other local businesses

Google Review Software for Studios, Shops and Other Local Businesses

Kaisah is Google review software for any local business: customers scan a QR code, answer five quick questions, and get a review draft in their own words that they edit and post to Google themselves, from $2 a month after a 7 day free trial.

Most happy customers of a small business never leave a review, not because they do not want to, but because staring at an empty review box is hard. Kaisah removes that blank page. It works for pottery and art studios, boutiques, galleries, gyms, home services, professional services and anything else with a Google Business Profile.

How it works for your customers

    1

The customer scans your QR code

They open a short page on their phone. No app, no account, no login.

    2

    They answer 5 quick questions

Tap to answer: how the overall experience was, how welcoming the place felt, how the staff were, whether it was worth the price, and whether they will come back.

    3

Kaisah drafts a review in their words

The AI turns their own answers into a natural sounding review that mentions your business by name. It only uses what the customer actually said.

    4

They edit it and post it on Google

The customer reads the draft, changes anything they like, and posts it to your Google profile themselves. Nothing is ever posted for them.

When to ask, by type of business

    Studios and classes

Pottery and ceramics studios, art classes, dance, music and yoga studios. The best moment to ask is as the class wraps up, while students are packing up or admiring what they made. A QR card by the door or on the drying shelf catches people when they are proudest of the session.

    Shops, boutiques and galleries

Independent retail, gift shops, bookshops and galleries. The checkout is the natural moment. A small QR card next to the card reader, or printed on the receipt or bag insert, lets a happy customer leave a review on the walk home.

    Gyms and wellness

Gyms, fitness studios, spas and wellness clinics. Members who have just finished a session they enjoyed are the ones most likely to say so. A QR at the front desk or in the changing area works well, and regulars can be reminded once rather than every visit.

    Home services

Cleaners, plumbers, electricians, gardeners and movers. The review moment is right after the job is done and the customer has seen the result. Leave a QR card behind, or send the review link in the same message as the invoice.

    Professional services

Accountants, tutors, photographers, consultants and agencies. Clients review after an outcome they care about, such as a finished project or a filed return. Sending the link at that milestone gets far more replies than a generic request.

Why it suits small, owner-run businesses

A small studio or shop does not have a marketing team or time to chase reviews. Kaisah needs one printed QR card and nothing else: no integrations, no customer lists, no staff training beyond pointing at the card. The owner can see scans, drafts and reviews in one simple dashboard.

It is also priced for a business that might only see a few dozen customers a week. Basic covers up to 25 reviews a month, and Essentials adds your own logo and colours on the QR code plus questions written for exactly what you do, so a pottery studio can ask about the class and a boutique can ask about the product.

    Genuine reviews, by design

Every customer is offered the Google review option, whatever they answered. There is no gating, no filtering out of unhappy customers, and no rewards for reviewing, all of which break Google policy and the FTC rule on consumer reviews.

The draft is built only from the customer's own answers. They read it, change what they want, and post it from their own Google account. Customers who had a disappointing visit can also send private feedback straight to you, alongside the Google option, not instead of it.

    Frequently asked questions

Does Kaisah work for a business that is not a restaurant, salon, dental clinic or cinema?

Yes. When you sign up, choose Other Businesses and then the closest type: Studio or Classes, Shop or Boutique, Fitness or Wellness, Professional Services, Home Services, or Something else. The questions and the review wording are written for local businesses in general, so they make sense whether you run a pottery studio, a bookshop or a cleaning company. On Essentials you can also change the questions to match exactly what you offer.

What questions will my customers be asked?

By default customers answer five short questions: how the overall experience was, how welcoming the place felt, how the staff were, whether it was worth the price, and whether they will come back. Every answer is a single tap, so the whole thing takes under a minute. Essentials adds a wider question library, such as what they came in for, what they enjoyed most, and what they would tell a first timer, plus fully custom questions you write yourself.

Is it allowed to use AI to help customers write Google reviews?

Kaisah drafts the review only from the answers the customer gives, and the customer reads, edits and posts it themselves from their own Google account. That keeps the review genuine and in their words, which is what Google and the FTC care about. Kaisah never posts reviews on anyone's behalf, never writes reviews for people who did not visit, and never offers rewards in exchange for a review.

What happens if a customer had a bad experience?

Every customer is offered the Google review option, whatever they answered. Kaisah does not hide the Google path from unhappy customers, because that practice, called review gating, breaks Google policy and is treated as deceptive by the FTC. Customers who were disappointed also see an optional way to send private feedback straight to you, so you hear about a problem and can fix it.

How much does Kaisah cost for a small local business?

Every account starts with a 7 day free trial with no credit card needed. After that, Basic is $2 (₹200) a month for up to 25 reviews, Essentials is $5 (₹500) a month for up to 50 reviews with branded QR codes and custom questions, and Unlimited is $12 (₹1,200) a month with no review cap and up to 3 businesses. Annual billing gives you two months free, for example Essentials at $50 (₹5,000) a year.

    How long does setup take?

Most owners are set up in about five minutes. You search for your business on Google, pick Other Businesses and your type, and download your QR code. Print it on a small card for the counter, the door or your invoices, and customers can start leaving reviews the same day.
