    How does the review draft work?

    When customers answer your questions, Kaisah turns their own answers into a short review draft they can read, edit, and post to Google. The customer is the author, nothing is posted automatically, and they can rewrite any part before it goes live.

    How do I customize my questions?

    Open your dashboard and tap Manage Questions, then select up to five questions from the library for your business type. Custom questions are available on the Essentials plan and above; the Free plan uses the curated default set for your industry.

    How many questions can a customer answer?

    Up to five, and the cap is deliberate. The whole point is a 30-second flow a customer will actually finish, so four or five short questions give Kaisah enough to compose a natural draft without it feeling like a survey.

    Is this allowed by Google and the FTC?

    Yes. The customer writes and posts their own genuine review based on their real visit, with no incentive and no gating, which is what Google and the FTC require. Kaisah only removes the blank-page problem that stops people from writing the review they meant to leave.
