How do I get my QR code?

Your QR code is generated automatically and you download it from your dashboard. You can print it or add it to existing materials like table tents, receipts, and packaging.

Where should I place my QR code?

Place it at the point where the experience ends and the customer is still with you, within arm’s reach. The lowest-friction spot converts far better than a poster by the door.

• Restaurants: table tent, bill folder, or printed on the receipt.
• Salons: at the chair or the checkout counter.
• Dental clinics: the front desk at checkout.
• Cinemas: the seat back or the lobby on the way out.

Can I share my review link without a QR code?

Yes. Every business has a shareable review link you can send by WhatsApp or text after a visit, which works well for customers you already message.

Can I customize the look of my QR code?

Yes, custom QR branding such as colors and your logo is available on paid plans. On the Free plan you get a clean standard QR code that works exactly the same.
