What plans does Kaisah offer?

Kaisah has three plans: Free, Essentials, and Unlimited.

• Free: 25 reviews per month, one business, the core review flow.
• Essentials (₹500 / $5 per month): 50 reviews per month, one business, custom questions and QR branding.
• Unlimited (₹1,200 / $12 per month): unlimited reviews and up to three businesses, with everything included.

Is there an annual plan?

Yes, and paying annually gives you two months free versus paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual from the billing page.

How do I upgrade, change, or cancel my plan?

Go to the billing page in your dashboard to upgrade, change, or cancel at any time. If you cancel a paid plan you keep your paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, then move to Free.

What happens if I hit my monthly review limit?

On Free and Essentials, new reviews pause once you reach the monthly limit and the count resets on a rolling 30-day cycle. Upgrading raises or removes the limit immediately.
