What plans does Kaisah offer?

Every account starts with a 7 day free trial (up to 5 reviews, no credit card). After that, Kaisah has three paid plans: Basic, Essentials, and Unlimited.

• Basic (₹200 / $2 per month): 25 reviews per month, one business, the core review flow.
• Essentials (₹500 / $5 per month): 50 reviews per month, one business, custom questions and QR branding.
• Unlimited (₹1,200 / $12 per month): unlimited reviews and up to three businesses, with everything included.

Is there an annual plan?

Yes, and paying annually gives you two months free versus paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual from the billing page.

How do I upgrade, change, or cancel my plan?

Go to the billing page in your dashboard to upgrade, change, or cancel at any time. If you cancel a paid plan you keep your paid access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, generating new reviews requires resubscribing to Basic, Essentials, or Unlimited.

What happens if I hit my monthly review limit?

On Basic and Essentials, new reviews pause once you reach the monthly limit and the count resets on a rolling 30-day cycle. Upgrading raises or removes the limit immediately.
