Connecting your Google Business Profile
How do I connect my Google Business Profile?
You connect it by searching for your business when you add it to Kaisah and selecting the matching Google listing. Kaisah uses that selection to send every customer to the correct Google review page.
What if my business does not appear in the search?
If your business does not appear, it usually means your Google Business Profile is not yet verified or published. Verify your listing in Google Business Profile first, wait for it to go live in Google Maps, then add it in Kaisah.
Can I change the connected Google listing later?
Yes. You can update the connected business at any time from your dashboard settings if you move location or correct the listing.
