    How do I change my password?

    Go to Settings in your dashboard to update your password. If you are locked out, use the forgot-password link on the sign-in page to reset it by email.

    How do I delete my account?

    You can delete your account and its data from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your businesses, reviews, analytics, and QR codes.

    Who can see my customers’ feedback?

    Only you. Public reviews go to your Google listing as the customer posts them, and any private service-recovery feedback is shared with your business only, never used for marketing or third parties.
